Accredited certification to teach English in Vietnam

AICOLIt is vitally important that your TESOL certification is accredited by a reputable authority and is internationally recognised if you want to teach English in Vietnam. ‘Reputable authority’ refers to a government, a university or a vocational training college. If your certificate is accredited by one of these of these 3 authorities, you will be heading in the right direction to teach English in Vietnam.

The Australian International College of Language (AICOL) based in Southport, Australia has granted permission to Australia-Vietnam Skills and Education (AVSE-TESOL) to deliver its Australian Government accredited Certificate IV in TESOL training package in Ho Chi Minh City. Completion of the AICOL training package with AVSE-TESOL leads to internationally recognised TESOL certification and equips trainees with the skills and knowledge they need to teach English in Vietnam.

AICOL is fully accredited by the Australian Government to operate as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). TESOL certification awarded by AICOL comes within the jurisdiction of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). What does this mean for our TESOL TEFL trainees who want to teach English in Vietnam? It means they will have certification that is backed by the Australian Government, has quality assurance and is internationally recognised.
